Site 1:Existing City Hall – This 33,000 square-foot site is made up of two City-owned properties 1) the existing City Hall property at 200 E. Jefferson St.
and 2) the house behind City Hall at 319 Taylor St. The City owns both properties. City administrative and Grand Ledge Police Department operations would have to be
moved to temporary space during construction. The City would have to demolish both buildings.
