Water Appeals Board

The Water Appeals Board hears appeals from decisions of the Water and Sewer Disputes Committee filed by water and sewer customers concerning the findings and/or determination of the Committee.

It is a three member board, with two alternates, made up of City residents appointed by the Mayor for three-year terms expiring in August. No elected official may serve on the Water Appeals Board. The Water Appeals Board meets as needed to hear appeals, in the Council chambers, City Hall, 200 E. Jefferson St.
